APPLICATION

Hold your eyeliner horizontally and close to the lash line. Use the side of the tip and apply along the lash line starting from the inner corner to the outer corner. End with a wing towards the tip of your eyebrow.

Gave my eyelid weird bumps???

"I got the purple one and the quality of the ink they are using is just really poor. Very little pigment. I wore it on my eyes for about 10 hours and when I removed it, my eyelids had strange bumps on them where the eyeliner was. I'm not usually allergic to makeup so this was shocking! I threw it out right away."
