"Bought 2 yesterday, first one was unusable right out of the package, would not open at all. Second one I managed to open but couldn't extend the liner until I looked on line to find out how it works. NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL. Definately would not recommend product. A waste of money, just threw out $ 15.00 !!!"

"My favourite eyeliner. In case some people do not know how to use just slightly pump the tube to advance the liner. Do not put a lot out as it will break off. Only need just enough to stick out. Love them so much that I ordered 10. Came quickly."
This doesn't work at all.
"Basically, the sharpener doesn't work. A bit of the eye liner broke off right after I bought this, and no matter how much I twist, nothing more cover up. I can see the liner just below the edge of the plastic casing but it won't advance. Waste of money."
Had to watch the video to figure out how to sharpen.
"The product is good with creamy texture that glides on BUT the learning curve to figure out how to sharpen was a nuisance. It sharpened but there should be an additional line directing to website. Good product but unnecessary sharpening."

Great eyeliner - but product doesn't work - don't waste your money
"Love the colour and actual eyeliner - but the delivery system just does not work. I've bought three of these and none of them have worked. All three pencils ended up in the trash because they are unusable after the initial point wears down. They need to just make this a regular pencil you can sharpen with a simple eyeliner sharpener and forget the 'stay sharp' gimmick as it doesn't work anyway."
