I'd say that it goes on as smoothly as luxury brands that easily retail for 2X-3X the amount. I'm eager to find out which other colours this product comes in. The colour I tried was the brassy "saffron metal". It's not quite what I was looking for, but it will work well for other looks. It goes on the waterline with just one pass, and it stays in place for hours."

"I recently bought the Annabelle Waterline Matte Kohl Eyeliner-Crayon Kohl New York pencil in brown. The color is gorgeous and it was on sale. I was excited, however I learned quickly that, that was a huge mistake. Fast forward one week and the eyeliner is low the twist at the bottom doesn't seem to work. Back to the store I go. My mistake was not buying this one. This one is my go to, it works well, lasts longer than a week- product wise, glides on smoothly, and looks really nice. I rarely have issues with this product (unless you drop it- be careful). If you want a really good eyeliner, I recommend getting this one. I will not make the mistake of getting the other one again. Sale or not."
