"The formula of this pencil is so creamy and lovely to apply! I was so surprised! I was expecting a very dry formula, as it says 24h. But not. Very creamy at application, great pigment, soft for eye and wonderful to wear. I would say that it stays put for about 12-16h, not 24. But who wears eyeliner for 24h?"
